This warranty includes lock or spool replacements in case of non-accidental damage but applies solely to units installed with Zana’s aluminum-specific top racks.

- Repair or replacement may be provided free of charge or at a cost, depending on the condition of the component, the period of use, and normal wear and tear.
- Shipping costs are not included in the warranty.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
- Certain sub-components are available as spare parts at the applicable cost.
