• Crafted from abrasion-resistant 1200D fabric with an EVA foam core, the Adventure Trailpack is built to handle the knocks of off-road riding.
• Internal plastic reinforcements help it retain shape under load, while triple-stitched seams and bar tacks at high-stress zones boost structural integrity. 
• Everything’s held together with high-tenacity Nylon-6 thread for reliability.

Mounting Overview:

• A secure two-point Velcro anchoring system mounts the Adventure Trailpacks directly onto your ADV’s front crash guards.
• One strap loops firmly around the frame while the other tucks into a dedicated sleeve, creating a snug, no-sway fit that stays rock solid even on rugged trails or sudden stops. Quick to mount and unmount.

Material:

• The KTM Adventure Trailpack features a rugged 1200D outer fabric with EVA reinforcement for structure and protection. Inside, a soft grey lining improves visibility, especially in low light.
• Tear-resistant polyester webbing and high-tenacity Nylon-6 thread handle repeated strain, while all load zones are triple-stitched and bar-tacked.
• ISO-certified virgin plastic fittings round out a build that’s trail-tested and travel-ready.

Wash and Care: 

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth using mild soap and water
• Avoid bleach, stain removers, or harsh chemicals
• Use a soft brush for stubborn stains (Note: Using the brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty.)
• Air dry completely before storage
• Store away from heat sources or direct sunlight
• Do not fold or compress into tight spaces, can damage waterproof coating
• Do not machine wash, dry-clean, soak or tumble dry
• Altering the bag or using unauthorized repairs voids warranty
