The product received was in perfect condition. Delivery was reliable. Packing was good.
Very good for the price. Comfort and fit is good. But best to decide on the size after wearing the gloves for 30mins and trying to use the controls on your handle bar. If you feel your finger movement is restricting, then return and get a different size. The glove will stretch a little over use to fit you better, but not as much as other fabrics do. Watch out for the thumb fit. Protection is good. If you secure the straps around the wrists properly, it does manage to dampen vibration and reduce or prevent wrist pain. Although, in the beginning as the glove is less flexible, your throttle hand might hurt a little, and your shoulders and forearms might feel like they need to do more work to turn the throttle and hold it in place. Compromise on the feel of how the bike handles is negligible and only to the extent of offering better comfort. There is no water proofing, so i would suggest buying it in the monsoons (will be cheaper) but try and avoid wearing it when its raining, in the beginning. Rub candle wax on the leather and melt it with a hair dryer from a distance, after some months of consistent use. This will give it a water repellent layer and help in maintaining the life of the leather despite being used in the rains (the hair dryer bit is imp). OR you can buy a water repellent spray for some 300 bucks.
