Product Description:

Homologation:

The helmet comes with ECE 22.06 and ISI certification.

 

Shell:

  

The shell is made in three sizes (S, M and L), ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes.

Visor:

The visor is made of polycarbonate, with an anti-scratch treatment. The new ratchet allows the visor to be removed without tools. TT-Revo has a brand new lock system (PAT PEND) to fix the visor during the riding in the closed position.

      

Protective Polystyrene:

  • Internal polystyrene realized in three sizes (XS, M and L) to obtain better ergonomics and a variable density.
  • This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact.
  • Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is determinant for the absorption of the residual energy.

Ventilation:

  • Particular channelings obtained on polystyrene allow it to work in symbiosis with the several air intakes to obtain an optimal ventilation into the helmet and a quick exhaust of the hot air. 
  • TT Revo has five air intakes on the front and four air extractors under the aerodynamic spoiler.

Retention System:

DDRING

The retention system used is the 'Double D-RING' in light alloy.

Inners:

They are made of soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers that offer high sweat absorption and keep you fresh and dry. The cheek pads are easily removable, and the actual pads are available in different thicknesses.
