Construction:
  • The Honda CB H'ness crash guard is manufactured using heavy-duty mild steel tubes, comprising of 27 mm and 22 mm with 5 mm thick laser-cut brackets.
  • The crash guard is designed with three mount points that offer great rigidity. Additionally, all welds are hand-tested to ensure a uniform finish.
Built-In Slider:
  • The crash guard for your Honda CB H'ness is designed to offer maximum protection on both tarmac and trails.
  • It includes Polyamide sliders built-in, which are cubically shaped to complement adventure motorcycle crash bars.
  • These sliders enable smoother vehicle movement in the event of a crash, preventing flipping and minimizing damage.
Textured Powder Coat Surface: To seamlessly integrate crash guards with a motorcycle's design, the surface is pre-treated with an anti-corrosion solution and then coated with a matte textured finish. Aesthetics & Ergonomics:
