7 Days Return and Exchange Policy:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.

Return / Exchange Process:
Please Email us from your registered Email id on [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please mention the Order ID, Product and Reason of Return in the email.

Guidelines for a valid return:
Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition and resalable condition
Brand Warranty and MRP Tags should not be removed
Original stickers should not be removed (ex. sticker on helmet visor)
Do not assemble, install, or modify the product
Electronic items will not be accepted if the box is opened
Products with transit damage occurred while shipping back will be termed as invalid return
For orders where reason for return isn’t a result of a Bikester Global’s error, the cost of shipping needs to be borne by the customer. Under the case of our error, replacement will be done free of cost. Please take an unboxing video of your order. To raise a damaged, defective, incomplete order or a wrong product claim, it is mandatory to share the unboxing video over email, without which we will not be able to initiate a return. The decision of accepting return/exchange claim will be at sole discretion of Bikester Global Team

Refund Policy:
Upon receipt of your return, your products will be undergoing a quality check and a full refund of the product amount will be issued in terms of a credit voucher redeemable for your future purchase on bikesterglobal.com/shop. Alternatively, you can also opt for a refund to your original mode of payment you used while ordering. Please note that payment gateway charges may be applicable if you opt for a refund to your original mode of payment. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as Credit Vouchers redeemable on bikesterglobal.com/shop. Your refund will be initiated by us within 3 business days of receiving the return. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, within 7 business days after initiating the refund.
