- Return Period: Within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in original, resalable condition with all tags, stickers, warranty cards, and accessories intact. An unboxing video is required for processing.
- Refund Options:
- Credit Voucher (redeemable on bikesterglobal.com).
- Refund to original payment method (payment gateway charges may apply).
- COD Orders: Refunds will only be issued as Credit Vouchers.
- Timeline: Refund will be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return, and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping Charges: Customers bear the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges.
Coupon Refund Scenario:
1. For orders with free shipping: No deduction
2. For orders with paid shipping: The actual shipping cost will be deducted.
Bank Refund Scenario:
1. For orders with free shipping: A deduction of โน399 will be applied.
2. For orders with paid shipping: The actual shipping cost will be deducted.

Cancellation Policy:
We offer an easy cancellation process for all our customers. You can cancel your order anytime before the tracking ID is generated, and the full amount will be refunded. However, once a tracking ID has been created, we are unable to cancel the orderโeven if the pickup has not yet taken placeโas tracking details are updated later than the actual pickup.

If you purchase an item on Bikester Global and you find the same product or package for less, on the brand website within 24 hours of purchase, we'll give you the difference! Raise a ticket on Contact Page by entering your details, your order number, the product you are claiming for, and a screenshot of the brand's advertised price. Once we verify the lower price is genuine and in stock, we will respond to you with details regarding claiming your refund.
