Return/Refund Policy

  • Return Period: Within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be in original, resalable condition with all tags, stickers, warranty cards, and accessories intact. An unboxing video is required for processing.
  • Refund Options:
    • Credit Voucher (redeemable on bikesterglobal.com).
    • Refund to original payment method (payment gateway charges may apply).
  • COD Orders: Refunds will only be issued as Credit Vouchers.
  • Timeline: Refund will be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return, and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Charges: Customers bear the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges.

Coupon Refund Scenario:
1. For orders with free shipping: No deduction
2. For orders with paid shipping: The actual shipping cost will be deducted.

Refund Mode:
1. Returned orders - Approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit.

  • Heavy Items: Crash Guard, Saddle Stays and other custom fabricated products
  • On-sale and discounted items
  • Pre-ordered/Specialised items
  • Merchandise and Accessories
  • Clothing (T-shirt, Innerwear, Base Layers, Balaclava, etc.)
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Oil, Cleaners and Lubricants
  • Electronic Items
  • Flammable Liquids or Gases

Cancellation Policy:

We offer an easy cancellation process for all our customers. You can cancel your order anytime before the tracking ID is generated, and the full amount will be refunded. However, once a tracking ID has been created, we are unable to cancel the order—even if the pickup has not yet taken place—as tracking details are updated later than the actual pickup.

Cancellation Policy for International Order:

Orders not yet shipped: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will be applicable.

Orders already shipped: The customer will be charged either the 2-way shipping charges (forward and return shipping) or 20% of the total order value, whichever is higher.

Price Match Guarantee

If you purchase an item on Bikester Global and you find the same product or package for less, on the brand website within 24 hours of purchase, we'll give you the difference! Raise a ticket on Contact Page by entering your details, your order number, the product you are claiming for, and a screenshot of the brand's advertised price. Once we verify the lower price is genuine and in stock, we will respond to you with details regarding claiming your refund.
