The riders' gear store
Bikester Global is a bootstrapped, Mumbai-based retailer of motorcycle riding gear and accessories, run by riders Hasan Kakal and Atikulla Merchant. It launched its online store in June 2020, and opened its first store in Malad in April 2023 after customers asked for a place to try gear on. Today it sells helmets, riding jackets, gloves, boots, intercoms and accessories online at bikesterglobal.com and through five stores in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, shipping across India from its warehouse in Bhiwandi. Bikester Global is an authorised dealer for every brand it sells and has served more than 160,000 orders online and in its stores, all without outside funding.
