Partner Terms

1. Direct Purchase Model

You will place orders for products from us directly, based on customer demand.
We will offer you a discount on these purchases.
You can then sell the products at full price to the customers, allowing you to retain a set margin.

2. Customer Referral Model

You will refer customers to our retail outlets or online store.
You will earn a set commission on each successful referred sale.

Terms & Conditions

All commissions will be settled on the 10th of every month, based on the previous month’s referrals (Example-1st Nov to 30th Nov, the commission will be settled on 10th Dec.)
To streamline the referral verification process, you will be required to share the customer’s name and contact number in the WhatsApp group created that includes the contact numbers of representatives from both parties—your store and our store.
We offer a 30-day return window. If the customer returns the product within this period, the commission will not be counted toward the monthly sales.
The partnership will be valid for 1 year.
Customers availing group discounts or special price offers will not qualify for the commission structure.
Certain brands may not be eligible for discounts under this arrangement.
Bikester Global reserves the right to revise terms when required, with communication shared in advance.
Commission payouts will be processed via bank transfer.
Any co-branding or joint marketing activities must be mutually approved before execution.
Warranty, service and product support will be handled as per Bikester Global brand policies.
All pricing structures, customer data, incentive policies, and shared business information will remain confidential between both parties.
Either party may terminate the partnership with 15 days' written notice.
A quarterly performance review may be conducted to evaluate growth and structure.
Bikester Global reserves the right to audit referral authenticity if required.
Discounts will not apply to products already under a discount or offer.
In case of a product exchange, commission will apply only on the final settled invoice amount.
