For those who are getting their own bike, join us on Day 2 in Manali.

Day 2Manali Local Discovery

Indulge yourself in the local discovery and find the hidden gems of this enchanting Himalayan town. This day is mostly for the test rider to let you test your bikes and give you a gist of rules and regulations of the tour.

Day 3Manali to Jispa (120 km)

We start our day early and ride from Manali to Jispa. Pass the Beas nalla – the place before Rohtang pass where the river Beas flows and forms a stream and gorge, then to Marhi a “shanty town of roadside restaurants” in Himachal Pradesh located midway between Manali and Rohtang on the Manali-Leh Highway, and Rohtang pass at an elevation of 13,054 ft.

Day 4Jispa to Sarchu (90 km)

After breakfast, we start our ride early in the morning towards Sarchu. Enroute you will cross Baralacha La Pass (Approx 16000ft). Over Night stay in Sarchu.

Day 5Sarchu to Tso Moriri Lake (180 km)

Today, you will cross 2 more passes– Naki La and Lachung La. Enroute, You will enjoy the beauty of “More Plains” Pang landscapes. Ride along Gata loops crossing 21 hairpin bends till we reach Tso Moriri. Although not as big as Pangong lake, it is equally beautiful and more secluded than the commercially famous Pangong lake. Over Night stay in home stay at Tso Moriri lake. Overnight in Tso Moriri.

Day 6Tso Moriri Lake to Pangong Lake (175 km)

After Breakfast, ride towards the next high altitude mountain lake – Pangong Lake. Enroute, you will also get to see recently discovered Yaye-Tso and Mirpal-Tso Lakes. While, at one point you would feel as if the water is blue, there would be times when the colour would chance to emerald green and then to shades of blue, all making you want to rub your eyes and wonder if all this is actually real or just a fabrication of you mind! Well, there isn’t a thing that is false for the waters of this lake change colours, and the best way to experience it is from within the banks of the lake.

Day 7Pangong Lake to Nubra Valley via Shyok (160 km)

Today we will be taking one of the most uncommon routes in Ladakh. We will ride to Nubra Valley via Shyok village. A route previously accessible only to the army, it has opened recently for the tourists. While riding you will definitely enjoy the scenic view of mountains and waterfalls.

Day 8Nubra Valley to Leh (150 km)

Today, we take the road to the highest motorable pass in the world – Khardung-La – at 18,380 feet. In spite of the altitude, today you ride on some of the smoothest roads so far and the landscape also becomes grand. After celebrating at Khardung-La pass, you descend into the beautiful city of Leh.

Day 9Leh Local Exploration

Today will be a comparatively relaxed day. Spend the day exploring Leh and around.

Day 10Leh to Batalik (175 km)

After breakfast we will leave for Batalik – a town located on the upper reaches of the Indus river. Not many know about the Batalik sector in this region. Batalik was the main battleground during the Kargil war. Cross Hamboting La. Enroute visit Mulbek, Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain, Lamayuru, one of the oldest Monastery of Ladakh and enjoy the view of the Moon Landscape, Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara and Hall of Fame museum. Overnight stay in Batalik.

Day 11Batalik to Sonmarg (165 km)

Experience the beauty as you cross the famous Zoji-La pass and Drass Village (2nd Coldest Inhabitated place in the World). Enroute, you will visit the Kargil war memorial where you will get a magnificent view of the Kargil war’s famous Peaks (Tiger, Tololing). We arrive in Sonmarg by the evening, followed by a hand over of the bikes and gear. Later, we all celebrate the completion of our epic road journey.

Day 12Departure

It’s time to bid goodbye to this epic journey. We will drop you to Srinagar Airport.

  • Well, there is no other rating than a 5-star for these guys. One of the best organisers I have ever known. I did Leh Ladakh in July, 2018.. whoa! Everything was just amazing including all the facilities, bikes and what not. Ankur and Mayank are so friendly and knowledgeable too. If you have selected them as your trip organiser, you don’t have to worry about anything 😁 everything will be taken care of.

  • I had no idea what to do or where to go when I planned for a solo trip to Ladakh. This was mainly because I’d planned the trip only after I went to Delhi to meet my friend. But they got me covered, food ,hospitality, bikes, backup everythings really good. Even though I didn’t know Hindi well as I’m from Kerala I managed to complete the trip happily and make great great friends.
