Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handle Customer’s Inbound And Outbound Calls. Solving Queries, Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services
  • Handle Customer’s Chat and Emails
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
