WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
The delivery charges depend on the product and the delivery address. You can check the delivery charges on the checkout page.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have ordered multiple items, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your entire order and to get it to your doorstep as fast as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from one of our many domestic warehouses and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as possible! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive at your doorstep (depends on location and product). Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in such cases, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?
This is unusual and the chances of this happening are very very slim. We ship your orders via very reliable courier partners. However, if your order does show delivered and you haven’t received the same, we request you to please check with your security and neighbours once before contacting us. You will get a notification via Email and/or SMS regarding the delivery of your order. Please note that the complaint must be raised within 24 hours of your order showing as delivered. We will not be able to investigate any complaint that is raised after 24 hours of the delivery.

WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR TAXES?
For Domestic orders, The prices displayed on our site are inclusive of taxes. You will not have to pay any extra taxes.
International orders may be subject to custom duty by your respective country. The custom duty will need to be paid by you at the time of delivery
